About the Role

Joining the Experience and Capability Directorate you will provide proactive, comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Director. This includes managing and triaging and responding to correspondence, diary management, and working with the directorate to ensure the smooth flow of presentation and reports to key organisational meetings. You will assist with preparing agendas and meeting minutes, organisation of directorate events, and use core systems to record and source information.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience providing confidential administrative support.
  • A great communicator who can engage at all levels of the business.
  • Customer focused approach.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • A collaborator who can gain the cooperation of others.
  • Aware of the sensitive nature of the role and can maintain confidentiality at all times.
