About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for you to complement your existing role at Early Years at Mc Square team. You will provide leadership within the childcare setting to provide a high quality centre-based early childhood education and care program for the children.

  • Ensure a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment
  • A team player who enjoys their work and is keen to contribute to supporting children and families

Skills and Experience

  • You are experienced in working in the Early Childhood field in a Room Leader role.
  • You have proven skills in the preparation and the implementation of developmentally appropriate programs for children.
  • You are experienced in meeting the individual needs of each child.
  • You have an understanding of the National Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).
  • You have knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011.
  • You have a demonstrated understanding of the National Quality Framework.
